Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early Years Skills Bootcamp Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to early years education and childcare, and will be eager to develop their skills and knowledge in this field.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths, although we do accept those with a Level 1 qualification who are open to completing a Level 2 Functional Skills qualification as part of the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in our settings
  • Participate in our comprehensive training program to gain the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified Early Years Educator
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes for children
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team by sharing ideas and expertise

Requirements

  • Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Strong commitment to early years education and childcare
  • Eager to develop skills and knowledge in this field
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
