We are seeking a highly skilled ISO Consultant to join our team at Citation. As an ISO Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting onsite and remote consultancy for client management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO Standards. You will also conduct both onsite and offsite audits of client management systems against the requirements of the corresponding ISO Standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting onsite and remote consultancy for client management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO Standards
  • Conducting both onsite and offsite audits of client management systems against the requirements of the corresponding ISO Standards
  • Demonstrating a positive and professional image to internal and external clients
  • Working with autonomy and great time management
  • Adapting to deal with all kinds of clients and situations
