Financial Analyst - Power BI

We are on a mission to power the future of travel, and we need a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately account for approximately 1000 employees (FTEs) and ensure alignment between Oracle and FMR systems.
  • Prepare and reconcile month-end close packs, including downloading regular reports and checking for system alignment.
  • Reconcile FTE month-end working file with "Group" close call pack data.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of FTE resource, including detailed commentary and variance analysis, for publication through Power BI.
  • Manage FTE transfers with the People Team and finance systems.
  • Complete analysis of wages, pension, bonus, taxes, and welfare costs.
  • Manage and report total employee cost base, including wages, employee development, travel, employee infrastructure, and employee facilities.
  • Run month-end downloads for close reporting and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Requirements:
  • Financial analysis experience, including financial reporting.
  • Studying Accountancy (ACCA / CIMA).
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience of Cognos BI, TM1 planning tools, and Power BI is a benefit.
