Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and care to young residents, promoting their independence and self-reliance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the residential home, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in residential care.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a residential children's home setting.
  • Level 3 NVQ or above in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
