Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiff Site Management Lead to join our team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our construction projects in the area.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
  • Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to meet project timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Regularly update senior management on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Address any site-related issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
  • Inspect sites to guarantee high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate preferred.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
