About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team as a DEI Intern. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and support of our DEI plans, driving our efforts to cultivate an inclusive and equitable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the DEI team to develop and execute strategic programs aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion across our organization.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to integrate DEI initiatives into our broader organizational strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our Disability Awareness program in the UK, including coordinating logistics for workshops, events, or campaigns.
  • Conduct research on disability and neurodiversity in the UK, analyzing reports and studies from other organizations, benchmarking our performance against industry standards, and preparing a summary of key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to our Employee Groups focused on diversity and inclusion, including the Disability group and the EMEA Regional Network.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications promoting DEI initiatives and accomplishments, drafting content for newsletters, social media, or internal announcements.
