We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Coordinator to join our team at MTrec Ltd Technical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing on-site fluid management and condition monitoring services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site activities, including applying, changing, and topping up lubricants and fluids within plant equipment and machinery.
- Work to an agreed planned maintenance schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Manage the waste stream to safely dispose of waste off-site.
- Report using our company's in-house IT system.
- Provide excellent customer liaison and attend/assist in meetings.
- Follow strict practices and procedures laid down, including 5S and H&S.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in mechanical, production, or chemical manufacturing. You will have previous experience working within the manufacturing, engineering, or chemical industry, with a strong focus on coordinating small-scale projects. You will be IT literate, have impeccable time management and attention to detail, and be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
You may have previously worked as a machine operator or team leader, and you will be confident in creating reports and presenting findings. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills is essential for this role.
