We are seeking a skilled Windows Engineer to join our IT Engineering group, responsible for managing our Windows infrastructure and providing technical support to our colleagues across the globe.

As a key member of our team, you will work to improve, automate, and standardize our Windows environment, leveraging your expertise in PowerShell scripting and Active Directory management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues, plan and execute deployments, and improve systems where possible.

With a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining accurate records, you will be expected to document problem resolutions using our online knowledge base.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the daily work of our colleagues and contributing to the success of our business.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Server 2012 R2/2016/2019
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot workstation operating systems, applications, peripherals, network, and audio-visual
  • Experience with hardware monitoring and performance tuning
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with a high degree of customer service for all support queries
  • A flexible and reliable team player, with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in English required
