We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chemistry or Physics teacher to join our client school in South London. This outstanding-rated school is committed to providing students with a high-quality education in all subjects, including Chemistry or Physics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their subject, have a proven track record of success, and be able to inspire students to learn.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a qualified Chemistry or Physics teacher with experience teaching KS3/4 and KS5. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, developing and implementing the curriculum, leading extracurricular activities, and supporting students in their academic and personal development.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Chemistry or Physics lessons to KS3/4 and KS5 pupils
  • Develop and implement the Chemistry or Physics curriculum in collaboration with other Chemistry or Physics teachers
  • Lead and coach extracurricular Chemistry or Physics activities
  • Provide academic and personal support to Chemistry or Physics pupils
Qualifications and Experience
  • Chemistry or Physics-related degree
  • QTS or PGCE
Salary

The salary for this Chemistry or Physics teacher position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS.
