Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per year, plus annual performance bonuses and flexible working arrangements (hybrid, 2 days in the office).

About the Role:
As a Digital Commerce Strategist at AJ Sells LTD, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to enhance ecommerce performance. You will oversee the creative direction for Shopify sites, ensuring optimal user experience and design standards. Your key responsibilities will include managing A/B testing for visuals, pricing, and campaigns to maximize ROI.

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in eCommerce strategy development and execution. Strong design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are essential. Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making are also required. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and consumer behaviour analysis is highly desirable.

Location and Working Arrangements:
We are located in Rainham, RM13 8EU. We require a minimum of 2 days in the office.
