Job Title: Engineering Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator to join our team at Blue Oak Recruitment. As an Engineering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational teams by building tool kits, overseeing repair and maintenance of installation equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for the return of faulty tooling and complete repairs to a high standard within agreed deadlines.
  • Manage the delivery of new kits, building and supplying them in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Monitor and track spares inventory, reordering to prevent stockouts.
  • Develop systems and processes to track parts usage in SAP.
  • Liaise with other functions as required to implement additional processes.
  • Develop resource plans to support forecast customer demand.
  • Assist with the creation of BOMs as needed.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical engineering skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings. You will need experience working to tight timescales and producing high-quality information for the wider business. A safety-first mindset is essential for success in this role.
