Job Description

Milk Education is a dynamic eco-friendly supply agency providing quality TAs and Support Staff across schools in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.

The role involves using business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from target markets and build long-lasting relationships with local schools & heads of departments.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £2,000 - £3,000 per week, depending on performance and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network and build long-lasting relationships with local schools & heads of departments.
  • Partner with schools to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy to map the personal market.
  • Track and identify prospective supply staff using a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and background checks.
  • Presentation of shortlisted candidates and provision of detailed profile summaries to schools.
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the interview/placement process through to its completion
  • Work to achieve set business outcomes and measure personal performance via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
