About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Recovery Worker to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our team, you will work with service users within the prison to initiate recovery from drug and/or alcohol misuse, enabling them to build their own recovery capital.
About You:
- Experience of working in health and social care
- Strong understanding of substance misuse issues and Recovery
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Ability to deliver group and training interventions to Service Users
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice
- Supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of information governance processes
- Sensitivity in working with complex and diverse needs

- 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each year's service (capped at 30 days)
