About the Role

Gecko Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the entire tour cycle, from confirmation to post-tour feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients at every stage of the tour, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Create and manage all necessary documentation, including itineraries, travel packages, and invoices, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle all client inquiries and queries in a timely and professional manner, liaising with internal and external suppliers as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless tour operations and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
