Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, improve and maintain actionable dashboards that solve business problems.
  • Conduct ad hoc investigations, create reports, and deliver insights to Senior Management.
  • Support income royalty analysis for external clients and internal queries.
  • Maintain and improve processes tracking income over time.
  • Investigate income gaps and payment anomalies with your cross-functional peers.
  • Keep updated on incoming statements from PROs, CMOs, and direct licences to inform revenue performance.
  • Assist with audit investigations, delivering accurate analysis and commentary.
  • Enhance your technical skills and domain knowledge to apply in ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and address business challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Tableau for dashboard creation, development and maintenance.
  • Basic SQL skills (writing queries, joining tables, case logic).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset.
  • High numeracy and attention to detail.
  • (Bonus) You have a basic understanding of publishing and royalty income flow across various revenue/rights streams, including radio/live performance/AV but particularly in regard to the digital landscape & major DSPs.
