Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of specific product initiatives in the UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg.
  • Collaborate with investments and distribution leads to oversee the existing fund range and develop new solutions.
  • Ensure the approval of product initiatives through the JHI product governance process.
  • Maintain open communication with key stakeholders regarding project delivery, progress, and issues.
  • Represent the company at committee and board meetings as required.
  • Address product-related queries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of European cross-border funds and the UCITS regulatory regime.
  • A proven track record of delivering European product development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of successful product development drivers and processes.
