About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
  • Take control of your own development and contribute to the success of the team

About You:

We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on their busiest days. You should be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job, be flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers. You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and dedication.

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
