Part-time Year 5 Educator

Key Responsibilities:
• Joint planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons for Year 5 pupils.
• Collaborating with another teacher to ensure continuity in the classroom.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging all pupils to achieve their best.
• Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress, contributing to their academic and personal development.
• Working closely with the wider school team, including teaching assistants and senior leadership, to support the school's aims and values.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Must have completed ECT years.
• Experience teaching KS2, ideally experience teaching year 5.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a job share role.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
