We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic logistics team at Change Hospitality. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles
  • Organizing stock in the warehouse and ensuring it's stored safely
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
  • Using warehouse management systems and tools to track and organize stock
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse experience is preferred
  • A strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid Passport/Visa (Proof of eligibility to work in the UK)
  • Good physical fitness able to lift and move heavy items
  • Strong communication skills and a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
