Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Group Support Volunteer, supporting people affected by dementia in your local community. As a Group Support Volunteer, you will welcome and encourage people to engage in activities and socialise with others in a group setting. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our service users, using your excellent communication skills to ensure they feel supported and empowered. This role requires you to be aware of or willing to learn about dementia and its impact, as well as have a positive attitude and approach to working with people from diverse backgrounds.
