HC-One is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, including new enquirers, friends, and family members of residents, health & social care professionals, and local community members. You will provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the telephone.

You will also assist the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintaining accurate filing systems and working to deadlines. This role requires initiative and independence, ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
