Are you an expert in Robotics & Automation looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a Robotics Automation Expert to ensure our service teams are fully prepared to support new automation products. You'll play a key role in gathering technical information, coordinating training, and working with suppliers to deliver a seamless aftermarket experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and improve technical information and documentation for new automation products.
- Coordinate spare part solutions and ensure all tools and manuals are ready.
- Act as the main point of contact for automation products, supporting internal teams, dealers, and suppliers.
- Manage service levels and warranties for suppliers, and support with warranty claims.
- Deliver training programs to dealers and internal teams on new products.
- Develop troubleshooting guidelines and ensure diagnostic tools are available.
- Degree in automotive engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of robotics, automation, hydraulics, electrics, and diagnostic tools.
- Experience with aftermarket and service organizations.
- Ability to deliver technical training and create manuals.
- Organized, independent, and able to travel.
- Fluent in English (another European language like German is a bonus).
