Our foundation client is a leading nation housebuilder with multiple outlets across the UK. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Site Manager to lead ongoing projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our award-winning Project Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing construction projects to ensure timely completion and budget compliance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project momentum.
  • Report progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

We require a highly skilled Site Manager with experience in the housing sector. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • A deep understanding of housing development principles and practices.
Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive package including pension scheme, life assurance, and private healthcare.
