Job Summary:

An administrative role that involves processing invoices and managing authorizations. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and data entry, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

About the Organization:

The Center for Disability Rights is a disability-led organization that values diversity and inclusion. We are committed to creating a workplace culture that is reflective of the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process invoices received from various sources, including email, mail, and fax.
  2. Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure that all necessary authorizations are in place.
  3. Enter invoices into our system, including tracking and managing authorizations.
  4. Cross-train on recurring invoices and verification processes.
  5. Add or renew authorizations as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience in accounts payable or data entry preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
