Job Summary:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Support Executive to join their expanding customer service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to promote the company's products and services.
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in the company's products and services.
  • Meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company's database.

Requirements:

  • Experience of volume dialing (80-100+ calls daily).
  • Confidence and assertive communication skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a targeted environment.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
