Job Summary:
Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Support Executive to join their expanding customer service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in the company's products and services.
- Meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Update and maintain customer information in the company's database.
Requirements:
- Experience of volume dialing (80-100+ calls daily).
- Confidence and assertive communication skills.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a targeted environment.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
