About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Relevant civil engineering qualification (HND/HNC/BEng) or equivalent
  • Temporary Works Coordinator certification
  • Up-to-date SMSTS qualification
  • Appropriate CSCS card
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in civil engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
