Eurovia UK, a leading transport infrastructure and urban development company, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

The successful candidate will be the commercial lead for multiple frameworks operating in the South East, reporting directly to the commercial manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring of costs and maximising value
  2. Managing key supply chain partners and subcontracts
  3. Preparing cost and value information for periodic and monthly reporting requirements
  4. Preparing accurate forecasts with contracts managers for budget setting
  5. Financial assessments through to final accounts
  6. SCP subcontract order preparation and assisting with procurement
  7. Responsible for change management and valuation of change
  8. Other duties as required within the commercial function

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying
  • NEC 3 and 4 contract experience
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
