Administrative Professional for Biopharmaceutical Company

We are seeking an Administrative Professional for Biopharmaceutical Company to join our team at US TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED in the UK. This role will provide administrative support to Medical Affairs, managing congress allocations and ensuring events are compliant.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of proficiency in MS Office and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Job Overview:
This is a 12-month contract opportunity with one of the leading biopharmaceutical clients in Stockley Park, UK. The role will involve:
- Managing 800 congress allocations across 60 departments.
- Supporting Event managers with our internal approval system.
- Reviewing final reconciliations against invoices.
- Reviewing transfer of value reports.
