Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at the Huws Gray Group. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers, driving branch sales and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve our customers with a high level of customer service, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and suppliers, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform our sales strategy and drive business growth.
- Work closely with our branch teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
- Contribute to the development of our sales strategy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
