Looking for a challenging and rewarding role in family law? We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Lawyer Associate to join our team at Realm Recruit. As a Family Lawyer Associate, you will be working with a highly reputable family team, handling matrimonial cases and enjoying unhindered progression and a market-leading flexibility/homeworking policy.

The role offers a unique chance to join a full-service, multi-site firm with several offices around Manchester and Cheshire. You will be part of the largest team based out of their Bury office, but with the ability to work from home up to four days a week, this role is commutable from anywhere in Greater Manchester and Lancashire.

As a Family Lawyer Associate, you will have the opportunity to join at Associate level or above, with plenty of work available. You will not be required to do business development or networking, which can be a barrier to progression for many lawyers. Instead, you will focus on delivering exceptional results and enjoying a personalized progression plan with minimum quarterly check-ins to support your development to the next level.
