Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our busy recruitment team, assisting with the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Sift through resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates
- Manage job postings and website advertising
- Coordinate interviews and schedule appointments
- Liaise with hiring managers and candidates
- Process paperwork and documentation
- Update HR systems with candidate information
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment or administrative experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
