Trainee Production Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Production Planner. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and communicating production plans from MRP to ensure timely delivery and manufacturing requirements.
  • Analyze daily production reports to identify potential output problems and advise on necessary actions.
  • Review and maintain MRP to establish capacity lead times and production volumes in conjunction with sales forecasts and customer orders.
  • Control planning activities to ensure the department's workload is undertaken in an integrated, productive, and synchronized manner.
Requirements:
  • A good level of education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good computer skills, especially within Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in the use of SAP.
  • Knowledge of MRP.
  • Adaptability and ability to react positively to changing circumstances.
