Higher Level Teaching Assistant Opportunity
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: £110-£120 per day (dependent on experience)
We are working closely with a lovely mainstream Primary School in Luton who are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to provide support in lessons across the school. As a key member of the teaching team, you will be responsible for covering classes, running interventions, and building strong relationships with students and staff.
About the Role:
- Covering lessons in teachers' absence
- Delivering targeted interventions to support student progress
- Developing positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a HLTA
- Strong behavior management skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Desirable: degree or HLTA qualification
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the school's learning community and develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.
