Contract Manager – Internal Fit Out

Location: Head Office Peterborough – Projects throughout UK & Ireland

Hours: Full Time – Monday - Friday

Salary: £65,000 + p.a - Dependent on Experience

Pension: Workplace Company Pension Scheme

Vehicle: A Company Vehicle or Allowance will be offered

We pride ourselves on high standards, professionalism, and quality project delivery. As a Contract Manager, you will work with numerous high-profile clients, managing experienced teams to deliver exceptional results in the shopfitting or internal fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and control direct or subcontract labor.
  • Ensure projects are managed in a safe environment.
  • Develop and monitor project programs to meet targets and prepare progress reports.
  • Control costs, tracking site variations, and reporting to the Account Manager / QS / Estimator.
  • Attend site meetings and briefings, reporting back to the Account Manager.
  • Train and manage teams to work safely, effectively, and with a focus on quality.
Personal Specification & Qualities:
  • Essential experience in the shopfitting or internal fit-out industry.
  • A full, valid driving license.
  • Commercial acumen and financial astuteness.
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit management team and manage multiple activities.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Maintain accountability for projects.
  • Ability to integrate into our current operating processes.
  • Experience supervising site operatives.
  • IPAF / PASMA (desirable).
