Your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise our team of Carers and Senior Carers, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and choice for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of Carers and Senior Carers to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Conduct regular observations and record weight and blood pressure readings.
- Carry out simple wound dressing procedures and provide clinical care for residents.
- Build key relationships with residents, families, and external partners to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need senior-level care experience, a strong understanding of clinical care for older adults, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also need a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, tenacious, and full of integrity, with a caring approach and strong communication skills.
