About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for Nurse Care 24 Ltd, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our supported living services. With your extensive experience in the adult supported living sector, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and services to local authorities, CCGs, organisations, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and develop new business opportunities in the supported living sector
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, CCGs, and ICBs
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase service user placements and partnerships
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and refine business plans and strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the adult supported living sector
  • Proven track record of placing service users and sourcing referrals
  • Strong sales, networking, and presentation skills
  • Leadership experience in supported living services (desirable)
  • Valid driving licence

Salary and Benefits

£70,000-£80,000 per annum, plus performance bonus

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work
