At Gascoigne Halman, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team at our Cheadle Branch. As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a crucial role in helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange viewings and receive feedback
  • Take initial offers and obtain valuations
  • Regular client contact and applicant management
  • Administration, including creating sales brochures and setting up new files
  • New business generation and nurturing existing client relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
  • Team player with excellent IT and administration skills
  • Calm under pressure and proactive thinker
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial
  • Knowledge of the local area and a driving license
