Head of Solution Delivery

83zero is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Solution Delivery to lead our IT solution delivery team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring agile, scalable, and cost-effective delivery that supports our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IT solution delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects are managed according to project management methodology, focusing on quality, risk, and performance.
  • Oversee the delivery of applications and services in a way that supports both strategic and operational needs.
  • Work closely with the PMO to manage team demand and prioritise resources effectively.
  • Utilise strategic partners for project resourcing when necessary.
  • Ensure a seamless handover from delivery to support teams through service introduction and early-life support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an IT solution delivery role, ideally in a fast-paced, agile organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in resource management, including utilisation and capacity planning.
  • Experience in Project or Programme Management.
  • Knowledge of SaaS-based implementation.
  • Familiarity with IT budgeting, risk management, and vendor management.
  • Experience working within ITIL and/or ISO20000 environments.
