About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Booker Group. As a Field-Based Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our customers to help them grow their business and establish Booker as their first choice for catering.

You will be our Catering Development Specialist, responsible for providing expert advice to increase our customers' menu options and their profits. With a strong focus on Customer-Focused Management, you will ensure that our customers' voices are heard in the wider business, as we strive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on menu options and profitability.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Culinary or Food Service role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
