Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive learning community at beBee Professionals in Salford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, promoting their educational and personal growth in a supportive environment.
  • Implementing individualized education plans and monitoring progress is also a key aspect of this role.
  • This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the successful candidate will work closely with SEN students, teachers, and other support staff to ensure they achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification is required for this role.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students and be able to adapt their teaching methods accordingly.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
