Rubber Duck Cars offers a unique opportunity for a skilled panel technician to join a dynamic and professional body shop team. As a Vehicle Collision Repair Specialist, you will play a key role in restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, using a range of skills and techniques.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, enabling them to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and advancements in the field.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £45,000 + bonus - OTE 50-60K, depending on experience. Benefits include 22 days plus bank holidays (holidays will increase as time served), company pension, bonus scheme, cycle to work scheme, employee discount, free on-site parking, health cash plan/reward programme, and referral programme.
