**Job Title:** Regional Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Regional Director. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the fire and rescue service sector.

As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of operational managers, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively to the communities we serve. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation and improvement, and promote collaboration across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in a similar role or industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A degree in a relevant field such as business administration, public policy, or emergency management is desirable.
