About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Cleeve Court Care Home in Bath. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents in promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents in daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in care planning and review, ensuring that residents' needs are met and their goals are achieved.
Requirements:
