Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a caring and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who have special educational needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Provide individual support to students with special needs
  • Engage students in activities and ensure full participation
  • Support teachers with lesson plans and strategies
  • Liaise with parents, teachers, and colleagues regarding student progress
  • Provide personal care and assistance when needed
  • Monitor and record student progress
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students
Requirements:
  • Must be residing in the UK
  • Eligibility to work
  • Enhanced child DBS on the update service
  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Proven professional references
  • Excellent communication skills
