About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Reed Exhibitions Limited Company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business sales and creating meaningful connections with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and analysis to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the event, sponsorship, and digital media industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
