Job Title: Business Travel Coordinator

**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Business Travel Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for our team members, ensuring seamless execution of business trips. Key accountabilities include:
• Coordinating ad-hoc travel requests and tests
• Researching and booking cost-effective travel options
• Producing and publishing travel itineraries
• Completing flight manifests and rooming lists
• Coordinating arrivals and ground transfers
• Organizing vehicle allocation and subsistence allowances
• Reconciling invoices and identifying rechargeable costs
• Providing out-of-hours support as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Experience in travel administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage confidential information
