Studio XAG is seeking skilled Freelance Carpenter/Installers to collaborate with our in-house production team in our workshop. Our goal is to create exceptional retail experiences that inspire and excite.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and fabrication, with experience working on set builds and creative retail production. They will be able to work to high finishing standards, read and interpret technical drawings, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

As a Freelance Carpenter/Installer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from building and finishing projects in our workshop to installing them in retail spaces. You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity and inclusion, and we encourage applications from individuals with disabilities and from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the production team in building and finishing projects
  • Working on-site or in-store, depending on the project requirements
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality finishes and timely project completion
  • Communicating effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
