Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving positive change in communities? West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to guide the organisation through its next phase of growth and development.

With a strong track record of delivering high-performance results in complex organisations, you will lead the WSHA team in delivering outstanding services to our tenants while maintaining and enhancing the financial viability and governance of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven ability to build effective working relationships with the Board and drive financial sustainability, value for money, and operational excellence.

About the Role:

  • Lead the strategic direction and development of WSHA in line with Board policies and the Scottish Housing Regulator requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with the Board and lead the Corporate Management Team in delivering WSHA's objectives and meeting performance targets.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Drive financial sustainability, value for money, and operational excellence.
  • Champion health and safety, risk management, and diversity within the organisation.
