Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Minibus Driver to join our team at South Hampshire College Group. As a Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students and staff to and from various locations, including outreach sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport students and staff to and from various locations, including outreach sites, in a safe and timely manner.
  • Operate the minibus in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the minibus is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance driving skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Clean driving license with Cat D1.
  • First Aid certificate or willingness to work towards one.
  • MIDAS certificate or willingness to work towards achieving this within a specified timeframe.
  • Driving License Cat D1+E.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
