About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Simulation Engineer to join our team and play a key part in the design, development, validation, and manufacture of diesel fuel injection system components.

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and optimize fuel injection system designs using simulation methods and real test data.
  2. Collaborate closely with design and development engineers to monitor projects and recommend design and testing strategies based on simulation findings.
  3. Communicate with customer teams and other functional groups to gather and exchange information to enhance simulation exercises.
  4. Provide a report detailing procedures, assumptions, findings, and conclusions to the simulation manager.
  5. Deliver work summaries to a wide range of audiences both in-person and via conference calls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Application of simulation methodology and fundamental physical principles to hydraulic component design.
  2. Proficiency in commercial simulation software like Ansys, AMESIM, GT Suite.
  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a suitable engineering discipline.
  4. At least 5 years' experience using the above-mentioned simulation tools in an industrial setting.
  5. Familiarity with high-pressure fuel injection systems and advanced simulation methods applied to these.
